GENERAL
For the best results, please provide a clear description, references, and the purpose of the artwork.
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your booking, please inform me at least one week in advance. Failure to do so may result in being blacklisted from future commissions.
If you miss your booking time and wish to rebook, you will need to rejoin the queue from the back.PAYMENTS
All commissions must be paid in full or with a minimum 50% down payment before the project begins.
Installments are accepted; please discuss this option beforehand.
For long waiting lists, payment must be made at least one month before the project start date.
Fast Track from waiting list (file delivery in 3-7 days) will incur an additional fee of 50% with minimum $15 and maximum $200REVISIONS
Revisions are welcome after the sketch stage. Please note that I may decline excessive revision requests, as I also manage other clients.
Minor revisions (e.g., color, shadow, or lighting adjustments) can still be made after the artwork is completed. However, major changes (e.g., pose alterations, adding items, or other modifications requiring significant redrawing) will incur additional charges.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
A start date and estimated completion time will be provided upon acceptance of the commission.
Work-in-progress (WIP) updates will be shared after the sketch stage is approved and as needed for confirmation. Feel free to inquire about progress at any time.
You will be notified promptly of any unexpected delays or changes to the delivery date.USE
Final artwork will be provided without a watermark.
High-resolution files and source files (if requested) will be delivered once payment is completed.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The artist retains the copyright to the commissioned artwork, including the right to alter and share it on social media or use it in portfolios.
The artist will not resell commissioned artworks without the commissioner’s consent.
Commissioners may not claim the artwork as their own creation.
The commissioned artwork may not be used in blockchain-related sectors, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or similar technologies.
Commercial usage fees (100%) will apply for purposes such as direct resale, product merchandising, or other profitable uses (e.g., physical or digital book covers, advertisements).
Commercial fees will not apply to non-commercial products (e.g., free web novels).
Streamers may use Live2D commissions for streaming purposes, whether monetized or non-monetized. However, for other art type, monetized youtube channels with over 10000 followers or twitch partners streamers will require a commercial license.Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA): If you require the artist to refrain from posting the commissioned artwork or any progress updates on social media or other platforms, an additional fee will apply. This must be discussed and agreed upon before the project begins.TERMINATION AND FORCE MAJEURE
Refunds are not available after the sketch stage has begun.
Either party may terminate the agreement if unable to fulfill their obligations due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond their control). In such cases, partial refunds or other arrangements will be discussed.
